Instructions
- Combine beans, sugar, ketchup, mustard and start heating on the stove.
Fry the bacon and chop it up into small pieces.
Sauté the onions, bell peppers, and jalapeno peppers in the bacon grease
Add the cooked vegetables , bacon, and pineapple into the beans and mix well.
Put all the ingredients into a baking pan.
I smoke these at 220 degrees for 3 hours.
Notes
Heating the beans on the stove first gets them to temp quicker when smoking.
